We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Bengali Audiobook account, please follow the instructions below.

⚠️ Important Notice

Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. All your data, including your listening history, bookmarks, favorites, and account settings will be permanently deleted.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account, please send an email to us with the following information:

Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
Your account email address
Your full name
Reason for account deletion (optional)

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Data That Will Be Deleted

Your account profile and personal information
Listening history and progress
Bookmarks and favorites
App preferences and settings
Any in-app purchases (where applicable)

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been successfully deleted.

Before You Delete

Please consider the following before proceeding:

Download any audiobook content you want to keep (if permitted)
Save or note down any important information from your account
Cancel any active subscriptions to avoid future charges
Contact support if you need assistance with a specific issue

Cancel Your Deletion Request

If you change your mind within 7 days of submitting your deletion request, you can cancel it by contacting us at wakkappz@gmail.com.

Data Retention

After account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as maintaining records of transactions). However, this information will be anonymized and cannot be used to identify you.
